Luxury Ocean View Estate in Escaleras | Rental Income Potential

This lavish estate in the Escaleras neighborhood above Dominical is one of the most striking Costa Rica homes for sale on the Southern Pacific coast. Designed as a high-performing rental income property, Casa Perezoso includes a main residence plus three separate villas — making it an ideal setup for a boutique bed and breakfast, a multi-family compound, or a hands-off investment that pays for itself while you enjoy the lifestyle.

Every detail of this 3-bedroom, 1-bath main home has been handcrafted from locally sourced timber — teak, acacia, and purple heartwood — giving it the feel of an elevated coastal treehouse. Dramatic vaulted ceilings, bespoke wood cabinetry, and flowing organic grain patterns carry through the open living areas and gourmet kitchen. Walls of glass and telescoping doors dissolve the line between indoors and out, placing the Pacific Ocean and surrounding jungle canopy at the center of every room.

All three bedroom suites face the ocean, so you can watch the surf break from bed each morning. The en-suite bathrooms frame jungle views, and a curved infinity pool lines up perfectly with the sunset over the Pacific. A bonus nook near the main living area works well as a kids' bunk room — a thoughtful touch for families. The property is sold fully furnished, ready to generate income from day one.

For expats and North American buyers exploring relocation to Costa Rica, the Escaleras area delivers something rare: total privacy in the mountains with real convenience just minutes away. Dominical and Uvita are both a 15-minute drive, offering restaurants, surf breaks, weekend farmers' markets, and a growing community of international residents. The Escaleras neighborhood itself is one of the most sought-after pockets along this coast — known for its wildlife corridors where sloths, howler monkeys, and toucans are regular visitors. If you are searching for Dominical property for sale that combines luxury, income, and an unmatched natural setting, Casa Perezoso sets the bar.
