I was asked to make this a "brief" testimonial, but how is that possible when speaking about "the great" Mark Savoia? I have only known Mark for a short period of time, but in that time he has grown, not only, into a very dear friend but like family to me! I have spent countless hours on the phone with Mark detailing my desires in regards to my Costa Rica goals, and not one time did I get the feeling that I was bugging him or that he didn't have time for me. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about the in's and outs of Uvita real estate, and the relocation process, he is also the contact king! I would ask him questions or have ideas about something, and he would say "I have a contact for someone who can help you with that" he is never short on contacts or friends. Anyone who has spent any length of time with Mark would agree that he is one of the most genuine people you could meet and a complete breath of fresh air! I would highly recommend and have already recommended him to anyone thinking of buying a home or looking into relocation services in Uvita Costa Rica
